Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Resolux Labs platform and any testing work we perform for you.

Last updated 30 August 2026

1. Scope of services

Resolux Labs provides analytical testing of submitted samples using the methods published on our services pages. We report what the method measures, under the conditions stated on the certificate, for the sample as received.

We do not perform sterility, endotoxin, microbiological or biological potency testing, and nothing we issue should be read as a statement about those properties.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for the confidentiality of your credentials. Organisation administrators control who in their organisation can create orders and view results.

Access may be suspended where an account is used to misrepresent our reports or to submit materials we are not permitted to handle.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are those shown at the time an order is confirmed, including any membership, volume or contract rate applied to your account. Turnaround times are measured from accessioning, not from despatch.

Testing begins once a sample has been received and accessioned. Orders cancelled after accessioning may be charged for work already performed.

4. Reports and certificates

Certificates are issued against a specific sample and method version. Where a correction is required, a new version is issued and the previous version is marked superseded; earlier versions remain in the record.

You may share a certificate in full. You may not extract, alter, or re-present figures from a certificate in a way that changes their meaning or removes the stated method limitations.

5. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report beyond what the report states.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the effective date above will be revised.
