Step 2

Prepare the package

01Ship the vial sealed and in its original labelling wherever possible.
02Include the printed submission form so intake can match the package to your sample ID.
03Use a padded mailer; add a cold pack only if the compound requires it.
04Add your carrier tracking number to the order so intake can expect the package.

Step 3 — after it ships

Your order page and your private tracking link both update as the sample moves through intake, accessioning, testing and review. When the certificate is issued you receive it by email with a QR code anyone can verify.
