What Resolux Labs collects, why we hold it, and what is never exposed publicly.
Last updated 30 August 2026
What we collect
Account information (name, email, organisation), order and billing records, shipping details, sample metadata you provide, and the analytical data generated by testing your sample.
We also record operational audit information: who performed each laboratory action and when. This is required for data integrity and is retained with the sample record.
How we use it
To perform testing, issue certificates, operate your account, provide support, and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer data.
Public COA verification
Verification pages are deliberately minimal. They show the certificate number, sample ID, issue date, version, status and document fingerprint, plus the reported result values.
They never show your name, organisation, contact details, billing information, shipping address or order history. A sample name or lot number appears only where you have explicitly opted to list it publicly.
Access controls
Customer data is segregated by organisation and enforced at the database level, not only in the interface. Laboratory staff see the operational record they need; commercial and billing data is restricted separately.
Retention
Analytical records, certificates and their audit trails are retained for as long as the certificate remains verifiable. Account and billing records are retained as required for financial and legal purposes.
Your choices
Contact support@resoluxlabs.com to access, correct or export your account data, or to ask about deletion. Certificates already issued and independently verifiable cannot be silently removed from the verification register.
