You configure the submission in the portal. The order is priced from the live catalog, and every sample on it receives an immutable Resolux Sample ID before anything ships.

Ship
Print the submission form, seal the vial as supplied, and send it in. The form carries the sample identifier and a scannable code so the package is matched on arrival without transcription.

The prepared vial is loaded into a verified autosampler position and runs in a sequence under the approved method version, with system suitability and bracketing standards in the same run.
