How it works

From vial to verifiable certificate

Every Resolux Labs sample moves through the same tracked workflow. You see a clear customer view; the laboratory keeps a complete, attributed audit trail underneath it.

  1. Step 01

    Create your order

    Choose the analyses, describe the sample, and pick standard or rush turnaround. Pricing is shown in full before you pay.

  2. Step 02

    Receive a sample ID

    Every sample gets a unique, human-readable identifier such as RSLX-260830-00124 and a private tracking link.

  3. Step 03

    Ship the sample

    Print the submission form, include it with the vial, and add your carrier tracking number to the order.

  4. Step 04

    Lab receives the sample

    Receipt is recorded with a timestamp, condition notes and an intake photograph.

  5. Step 05

    Accessioning

    The sample is logged, labelled with a barcode, assigned storage, and routed to a method and analyst.

  6. Step 06

    Testing begins

    The sample is prepared, queued to an instrument, and analysed under a specific, versioned method.

  7. Step 07

    Data review

    An analyst submits results; a separate reviewer checks integration and acceptance before anything is released.

  8. Step 08

    COA issued

    An approved result generates a certificate with a unique number, a document hash and a QR code.

  9. Step 09

    Permanently verifiable

    The certificate stays verifiable at a public URL. Corrections create a new version — nothing is silently overwritten.

What we can establish

  • Chromatographic purity as relative peak area percent within the method window.
  • Quantitative content against a prepared calibration curve.
  • Retention-time and spectral consistency with an appropriate reference standard.
  • Presence of resolved impurity peaks above the reporting threshold.

What we do not claim

  • Definitive molecular identity without mass-spectrometric confirmation.
  • Sterility, endotoxin status, or microbiological safety.
  • Biological potency, efficacy or fitness for any particular use.
  • Accreditation, regulatory approval or third-party certification.
